Under this system, the identities of authors are concealed from reviewers, and the identities of reviewers are not disclosed to authors throughout the review process. This policy is implemented to ensure objectivity, transparency, and fairness in manuscript evaluation.

Reviewers assess manuscripts based on academic quality, originality, methodology, relevance, scientific contribution, and alignment with the journal’s focus and scope. Reviewer recommendations serve as important considerations for editors in making the final decision, including acceptance, revision, or rejection of manuscripts.
